Hi Trevor,

Well, you have been talking about this project for some time and I am so glad to see you have eventually put it together. What a wonderful and interesting site! As time goes on I'm sure you will add more to it. It would be great to see some more photographs...and you have only scratched the surface with your biography!

I see you are now selling parts of your vast library. I'm sure you aren't aware of this but it was your and your brother's collection of art books and publications that first ignited my interest in and appreciation of art (even though I can't even draw a straight line with a ruler!). I have just returned from a short holiday in Canberra with my son where we spent the best part of a day enjoying the vast collection at the National Gallery. I recognised many of the artists and works from the books and publications I read in your library many years ago. I am sure many people don't know that your knowledge and intelect extends much further than "bugs and beetles".

Anyway, I wish you further success and happiness and I congratulate you on this web site. I hope many people from all corners of the globe enjoy what they find here in and in the future and that the site continues to be a great source of knowledge and information for all. What you have achieved in the face of considerable adversity and torment is remarkable and a testament to all. My best wishes always to this generation's "Nicoli Tesla".

Doctor T,

First and foremost, I would like to extend my CONGRATULATIONS to the launching of your amazing, very insightful, real life pictures (of the species) and informative website. With all your labor of love and brainstorming with tha last few months, making it possible has finally paid off and, for that I am one of the many people who are proud from one of your achievements in your life and career, being as a scientist and as well as a photographer. Im certain of it, that thru this site you will help lots of people (scientist or not) to comprehend and appreciate your works and learn valuable things from it. Goodluck and More Power !!!

Best Regards,

Mylene

I am very impressed with your new web site and I am even more impressed with your biography~! I've known you as a brilliant photographer, and now I see that I was only gleaning the surface. I'm seeing here that your work is very important to the ecology and I salute you for your many accomplishments. I will put all your books on my Christmas list and will expect Santa to deliver them signed with sentiments. Now, I suppose I'll need to work on being extra good this year :)

Kindest regards,
Craig Seay

I am honoured top be the first contributor to your website. I shall return and return again to see how it progresses, and look forward to seeing more examples of your wonderful photography. I was so taken with your fantastic photos of beetles in Beetles Of Australia, it was precisely this book which sowed the seeds to my love for Australian Buprestidae. A few years have now passed and I live in hope to see some of your more recent photographs of these fascinating beetles. My very best wishes indeed. Maurice Pledger, from a very dim and distant UK.
