Notes on the food plants of two species of Lygaeidae (Hemiptera), Graptostethus servus (Fabricius, 1787) and Spilostethus hospes (Fabricius, 1794) in Australia

Abstract: The food plants of the lygaeid bugs Graptostethus servus (Fabricius, 1787) and Spilostethus hospes (Fabricius, 1794)(Hemiptera: Lygaeidae) within Australia are recorded and discussed. Both are, polyphagous species which feed on nectar and plant juices from soft plant parts such as flowers.
