Cathedral at Verkatouyre, 320 km north of Ekaterinburg, Western Siberia, Russia. Summer 2004. This cathedral is situated about 300 metres from the monastery shown in previous photos. It is over 300 years old. It has been repainted and refurbished since the Stalin days. I wonder if Rasputin went there to pray for his sins?
