Abstract: Hydrochus spangleri Hellman 2003 (Coleoptera: Hydrochidae) is herein synonymised with Rishihydroius yadavi (Makhan, 2000). A checklist of the species of Rishihydroius Makhan, 2001 is provided. All species are illustrated.
